This page explains, in plain language, what information BB Dog Sitting & Training (Barnabas B., Pea Ridge, AR) collects through bbdogsitting.com and how it's handled.

What I collect

• Contact details: your name, email, and phone number.
• Dog information: names, breeds, ages, weights, and any notes you share.
• Vaccine records: the files you upload (rabies, DHPP, bordetella) and their expiration dates.
• Inquiry and booking details: services, dates and times, messages, price estimates, and booking and invoice status.
• Account sign-in: your email and a password (stored by the sign-in service as a hash, never as plain text).

Why

Only to answer your inquiries, check availability, confirm your dog's vaccines are current before a stay, send invoices, and care for your dog. I don't use your information for advertising.

Where it's stored and who can see it

• Accounts, inquiries, bookings, and dog details are stored with Supabase, a hosted database service. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Vaccine files are kept in a private storage area, not on public web pages. They are shown only through short-lived links.
• Per-client access rules mean a signed-in client can see only their own dogs, records, and bookings.
• Only the owner (me) has admin access to view all inquiries, bookings, and records.

Who it's shared with

• Stripe, to create and process invoices and payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and handles site traffic and inquiry email notifications.
• Email providers used to deliver inquiry notifications, confirmations, and sign-in emails.

These services handle data only to provide their part of the service. I never sell your information.

Retention, corrections and deletion

I keep records as long as needed to provide services, keep track of past stays and vaccines, and meet tax and payment record-keeping needs. You can ask me to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@bbdogsitting.com or calling/texting (479) 397-1705. Some payment records held by Stripe may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Cookies and sign-in sessions

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in to your client account, your browser stores a sign-in session token so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.

Children

This site and its services are meant for adults. They are not directed to children, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Payment & Credit Card Policy

• Payments are processed by Stripe through invoices that Stripe emails to you.
• Your card numbers never touch, and are never stored on, this website or my servers. You enter them only on Stripe's secure payment page.
• Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
• A card processing fee is added to invoices.
• Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards, and US bank account (ACH).
• Your booking is confirmed once the invoice is paid.
• Refunds follow the Billing Policy and are returned to your original payment method.
• If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact me first at hello@bbdogsitting.com so I can make it right quickly, before opening a dispute with your bank.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and its effective date.
