Every client signs a short agreement before their first stay. Here's what they are and why they matter.
The agreements explain what to expect during your dog's stay, protect your dog's safety and the safety of the other dogs in my care, set clear pricing, payment and refund rules, and cover emergencies and vet care so there are no surprises.
They're signed once online in your client account and cover all future stays of that type until they're updated. You'll get an email and see a reminder in your account when it's time to sign; your signed copy is always available there.
